Karla's strengths: I am excited to share my experience with the teams to support them through their projects! As a former staff member and judge, I know quite a bit about GBLA and can help guide teams as they think through the problem they want to solve. Specifically, I am excited to share my skills in project management, strategic planning, budgeting, fundraising, research and analysis, and communications. I would love to help teams in any way that I can from start to finish - including support of final presentations to ensure all of their hard work is effectively shared and their successes celebrated.
